How Do I...

...Receive Credit Approval?

First time clients complete the appropriate form (CAN or US) and return it to Artisan Complete at accounting@artisancomplete.com. If your organization is PST exempt, send Artisan Complete your PST exemption form with your credit approval.

...Submit my Project Files?

By FTP:

FTP is a direct transfer way to send files to Artisan Complete and can be accomplished with FTP client software including Transmit2 and Fetch (Macintosh), and Queue FTP and Free FTP (Windows). To begin your transfer, log-in at the FTP site below and use the available Username and Password listed.

Please follow each transmission with an email, fax or phone call detailing what files you have sent and instructions to your account executive.

By HTTP:

HTTP is the direct transfer way to send files to Artisan Complete and is available via most web browsers. To begin your transfer, click on the link below and enter the log-in name and password provided below.

By Email:

For files under 4 MB, you can send them by email to our prepress department at files@artisancomplete.com or to our creative department at creative@artisancomplete.com.

File Transfer Information

Compress all files sent with a compression program such as StuffIt. This will allow files to be sent more quickly and with less chance of corruption.
